My grandmother lived in Kansas City all my life. Every time I went to visit her, we would watch the Chiefs play together. About four months before this game was played, she was diagnosed with dementia. Even while we were watching the game together she had trouble figuring out who had the ball or which team was scoring, and I had to explain to her often what was happening. Even so I'm super grateful that we were able to watch the Chiefs win a super bowl together. It'll always be a special game to me in multiple ways.

Some things are bigger than football. It’s horrible your grandma was diagnosed with dementia but awesome you got to spend that time with her and your team.

I’m not from KC but when I was a kid I was raised by my grandma and the people in my neighborhood got me into the Chiefs and seeing this super bowl was reminding me of my childhood. Awesome game!

The average attendance in the Bundesliga (Germany's top soccer league) is 45,000 people per game. And this is taking into account the fact that UEFA category 4 stadiums are required to have separate seat for each spectator, so the highest-capacity stadium holds no more than 81,000. Imagine Canadians start watching curling instead of hockey.

They played lights out for 3 1/2 quarters ….if Jimmy gets at least 3 first downs in the last quarter we probably speaking a different tune now. The offense was having 30 second drives …. It is important for the offense to set the pace of a team so when they go three and out, drive after drive, the defense takes the toll. Jimmy G and the offense let them down first, the defense let them down right after. Jimmy didn’t lose this game, the defense didn’t lose them that game. THEY lost the game.

2 plays define this game: Mahomes hits Hill with a bomb on a crucial 3rd down and Garoppolo misses Sanders with a bomb on a crucial 3rd down. It's the difference between a great QB and anyone else. Mahomes isn't flawless but on a bad day he's better than any other current QB not named Brady.
