I am a Japanese. She is a special artist for me, who suffered from the great earthquake and tsunami a few years ago. She came to Japan and gave her a performance when everyone was having a hard time. I still cry when I listen to some of her songs, and I feel a lot of gratitude. I love her. That's because she's an artist who snuggled up to me when I was having a hard time. I always wish her happiness, as she did.

Lady Gaga spoiled us. The halftime show performances for 2020, 2021, and 2022 were all entertaining to watch, and all of the singers/rappers who performed for halftime in those years are talented and did a fantastic job, but this show set the bar ridiculously high in my opinion. Her performance is one of my favorites. It makes me even more happy that she performed this in my city too.

I’ve seen the rest and this is absolutely the best half time show. GAGA took the whole stage herself for 15 full mins none stop jumping and dancing while still showing her beautiful voice. Now that’s a star performance.

Before she did Superbowl there were reports that there were plans for a speacial guest or guests, but no one wanted to work with her. Behind the scenes, at this time in her career she was reportedly horrible to work with. Maybe her reputation within the industry is better these days, I’m not sure. She seems happier these days. Even Beyoncé passed on making a cameo.

Bringing back all those hip hop artists from LA when the Super Bowl came back to LA in decades. The planets just aligned perfectly. @What would I know umm, most 20 year olds do not have the stamina, energy and precision to pull off what Madonna did at her performance, age 53. And has done so throughout her career. Maybe you should take a look at it again, if you ever have? Madonna is what she is, she will never be a vocal powerhouse like Whitney Houston but no other pop star has the longevity, discipline and energy. I guess its a matter of opinion, I also loved Gaga's performance and she is the better vocalist. Time will tell if her career will have the longevity of Madonna's, and what her performances will look at 20 years from now, if she is still performing.

@Shawn Murray In general Madonna is not known for her vocals. She has had her moments, when she took on the role of Evita in the 90's she took vocal training, which can be seen in Ray of Light. I guess it depends what you want from a performance. Personally I want flawless choreography, I don't really care if most of the show is pre recorded as long as the sound is good. Madonna's tours have been incredible, including Blonde Ambition and Confessions. The concept, her stage presence, the energy, visuals and choreography...as much as I like Gaga, as much as she is a better vocalist than Madonna, no one can put on a show like Madonna....in my opinion.

It’s not 100% live, there is lip syncing in this. Which, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with. But think of it, she’s dancing and moving around and giving one of the biggest performances of her career. I would not expect any super bowl performance to be completely “live” singing

Some said not live but plainly it is live. You can see the audience in the stands etc. Seen tapes if her when she was just doing a read with other actors and she sang her part. She is so good she doesn't need to enhance or fake anything. She's great.

I'm impressed by the 10 second quick change in wardrobe while she disappeared between Million Reasons and Bad Romance (9:56 and 10:11). I'll bet that alone took some teamwork and dozen rehearsal runs.

? Not lady gaga. The camera shots, postions and angle were amazing. The visual effects are the 80% of the show and all oh the paid people moving the little lights. Gaga sang, but singing its not even the 15% of what you saw here
